[sdiy] Oscilliscope suggestions?

I had pretty good luck finding a Tek 7000-series mainframe - there are
lots of them on eBay these days. The nice thing about the mainframe
scopes is the wide range of plugins available, and the fact that if
the scope dies (or you wind up with a bad one) you may still have
usable plugins, or vice versa, which is a nice way of protecting your
investment in used equipment.
