Here is another approach that uses resistors instead of transformers:

I got this from someone on the list ("Jaroslav Lukesh" lukesh at k-net.cz) a
while ago.  I have not yet tried it, but this approach eliminates the need
for the transformers.  Unfortunately, there are no values given for the
resistors, but my guess would be that they are somewhat low and that the
circuit should be driven by amplifiers with low output impedance.
