These are - more or less standard - DSP chips from the late 90's, but 
you probably won't find them in any shop. They are available from 
several chip brokers, but you need to be a wholesaler or manufacturer 
to order from them. Or find a wholesaler that is willing to include 
one of them in his regular order. VGT7664-6132 is the official part 
number, but it's also known as DSP256A.
