Cross talk. I has a circuit where cross talk between the opamps caused the whole
thing to oscillate. Using a separate TL072 for the inputs (dual function module)
and the outputs eliminated the feedback, as long as the input to one section
wasn't patched to the second.

I also use half of the TL072 with a problem as a spare inverter or a control
signal driver. I prefer to use the TL074 when ever possible.
