I had asked this in October, 2003, and there isn't much out there besides
the one on the SSM datasheet. Except...

There's a schemo in Barry Klein's book "Electronic Music Circuits." You can
still buy reprints through Barry's website. It is pretty similar to the one
on the datasheet. Both circuits use a TL082 and specify a Tellabs Q81C
tempco, for example.

I assume that the Tellabs Q81C is no longer available, and I'm not sure what
to substitute for it, as it's a 1K device. The tempcos I see these days are
2K devices. Hmmm...

The Mono/Poly has a 2044-based filter, so download the service manual from
the Zen Mono/Poly site:
