[sdiy] push button CV wanted

I thought I knew what you wanted until I saw some other replies. ("Keyboard"
was LOL funny, Richard!)

I was thinking of 2 momentary pushbuttons, one for UP and one for DOWN. Each
would route +V or -V through a pot. One pot per button, in order to preset
the amount of change (the amount of +V or -V) from that button.

Using DPDT switches, you can make each button lock out the other.
