[sdiy] MOV's and temp!

How temperature dependant are MOV's?
What are the drawbacks of MOVs? It seams
that the low voltage devices have quite
high capacitance, is this capacitance
voltage dependent? I was about to use
them in waveshapers, and in feedback
parts of OP amps!! :-)
