[sdiy] Homepage update - Frequency Shifter

I've added some new infos about the FS-2 project.
It's far from complete (and yes, there are pcb layouts
posted before the schematics are ready), but you
might want to take a look nevertheless.

The main drive for _me_ to make the update was
that I finally got a digital camera, so I can
make pictures of my projects much faster now.
(Nikon Coolpix SQ - I'm quite in doubt if
this will even replace my old cameras for
photagraphing people and landscapes, but
for taking pictures of electronic devices
it's really great.)
