[sdiy] ZX Spectrum memory

Someone posted about looking for a Spectrum memory upgrade about a
week ago? Well... I've been clearing out junk at my parent's house and
among this is my dead Spectrum. It was deaded by shorting random pins
on the edge connector iirc, but it had a memory upgrade from 16 to 48k
and those chips may well be OK. There's also a joystick interface plus
joystick and some games. Postage for whatever will do fine ;)

The (near mint, boxed) ZX-80 is not going so lightly!
