This reminds me, Radar Electric in Bothell 
(north of Seattle, WA, USA) has small 
rotory solenoids for US$0.50 - $2.00, 
depending on who sells them to you. 
About 30 degrees rotation and they snap 
pretty good at 12VDC. Mounting screws were 
something like 3-48 thread, which I've 
never heard of. I'd go with epoxy, it always 
has the right thread. I'm either having 
deja-vu or I said this before.
