Thanks, Neil. We just had this same discussion a couple of weeks ago. Mr.
Schreiber claims it is negative-positive-offset (NPO), which doesn't jibe
with what I learned, besides not seeming sensible.
Of course, this is a specification of the temperature coefficient for
ceramic caps, and there is thus no consideration of polarized vs.
non-polarized.
