[sdiy] Futurlec for parts...

Huh, seems like I live my life in parallel to so many things that come up on
this list.

I now have an order pending with Futurlec - it was supposed to have arrived
approximately last Friday. Nothing, zip - usual Futurlec stuff.

But...round Tuesday or so, this email from Futurlec shows up and they inform
me that the post office can't find my address and could I please send them
my address. Even if I gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted the
fact that I'd screwed up my own address when I placed the order, I still
don't see how I could have screwed it up so badly that the US mail couldn't
find it.

I emailed them (twice) that day with the correct address. They did answer
that night and mumbled something in the email about how the post office
couldn't accept the package 'as addressed', but it'd been straightened out
and I should see the package in about three days, which would make
it.....tomorrow! Not holding my breath.

On the up side, I have never *not* received anything I've ordered from them,
and they do have some interesting stock. I've just learned to accept these
things from them.....

Cheers,
Scott
