I have been on this list for 7 years and I have learned so much from
everybody. it was this list and it's people that encouraged me to try to
build my 1st synth. it was the people of this list that helped me
troubleshoot my 1st module - a dual LFO. I'd like to express my gratitude to
all of you.
a series of very terrible events has cost me all of my music equipment, my
parts collection, my test gear, my papers - basically everything I owned is
lost. I don't think I will be building synths anymore. I doubt also that I
will be making music in the foreseeable future.
I hope that this forum will continue to flourish and provide a friendly
place for adventurous people with a soldering iron and a can-do attitude. I
hope that others starting out with a vague idea and a handful of components
can come away from this list with the knowledge I have gained as a member.
it's been a great resource and a great source of comraderie. please keep it
up.
make some noise for me!! ;-)
