[sdiy] any one familiar with dx7 editor

If you happen to be still using an Atari ST, this is one I wrote:

The source code is there, the program was compiled with Megamax Laser C.

Also, even if you don't want the editor, there are a whole bunch of DX-7 
patches I have collected over the years.
