Actually, changing the pitch envelope of a twin-tee is NOT an easy task... they
are quite stable. I had an article from the early 70's about them... I'll see
what they
recommended. It might involve changing the supply voltage somewhat if you are
using
a transistor based twin-tee.  With an opamp it prlly does not work
