[sdiy] PCB cutting tool?

if it's glass epoxy, use big scisors (or gilotine?). Don't use grinder,
dremel, table saw, whatever of that kind or you'll regret you even started.
It produces nasty glass powder which isn't very healthy.
I've cut glass epoxy up to 1.5mm thick with common scissors for metal
plates.

There's also one ttechnique I used, it produces less powder and is more
accurate. Scrub it with broken drill bit, or thin file several times along
cut line, and when you reach about 1/3 of the thickness you can safely break
it.
