Wow, that's hardcore...a table saw??!!
More power to ya, I guess... I thought I was hardcore, and I use a
Dremel scroll saw! (Works pretty well, actually, for the yellow
phenolic perfboard). You do have to be careful about the brittleness
of the stuff. I make sure the foot of the saw is pushing down pretty
good on the board. There's not much else you can do. And don't force
the work, let it feed itself in. Phenolic sucks, it's just super
brittle.
