Hi folks,

I've put together the first version of the long-planned section on how 
an OTA based on a FET differential pair might look like.  Corrections 
and suggestions for improvement are welcome, as always.

On a related note, does anybody know why the heck the LM13600 is listed 
instead of the LM13700 as the equivalent for an NE5517 at so many 
distributors?
