[sdiy] zener markings

I have some zeners here with markings like Z01/11 PH  Z01/1 PH   Z01/5 PH etc.
The /x number is NOT the voltage. Has anyone seen this marking before, or
have I found myself with a pile of proprietry marked beasties? (not
impossible - some proprietry marked transistors were used in the same circuits).
