[sdiy] PSW DIY Meet....

         Well, it got off to a slow start yesterday, but in the end it all 
turned out pretty good...

         Cynthia started out by having a flat tire on the way up...which 
kind of tells you the kind of day it was...

         The weather forecast for yesterday was rain, but we had 80 degree 
sunshine instead, so at least the weather was nice for us.

         I forgot to bring my camera.... :-(.....so did several other 
people, but there was one there, and hopefully, I will be getting photos to 
post.

         About 12 people showed up, I think, and I also forgot to have 
everybody sign a guest list (...seems to be a trend here.... )

         We had a drawing for a door prize.  I put up several items, 
Cynthia made a donation as well as William Inman who sent a box of stuff 
from back east.

         Cynthia was the first one drawn from the "hat", and she took the 
Sixth Edition GE transistor manual.

         One of the problems I encountered with the door prize drawing is 
that I forgot put include some items I had brought (a bunch of circuit 
boards I no longer needed)....so, just before we broke up, we had a free 
for all to determine who got what boards...

         I would have told you about this last night, but I was 
exhausted.  Which means, I hope, I had a lot of fun....

         So, until next year....
