Hey -- I'm still waiting for some kits I ordered BEFORE the final blowout --
wouldn't mind the wait so much;  it's the unreturned emails that are chafing.

I know Tom is busy with designing new stuff, and Kim (who handles the 
orders) might be otherwise occupied;  but still -- if they can't respond to 
individual emails, they could at least issue a statement on the EFM forum, 
and on the newsgroup.
