If by "in the Louvre" you mean unceremoniously draped over the tailgate of a 
'73 Chevy Biscayne station wagon parked in the back of the local gas station, 
then yes.

BTW, I live in Las Vegas, schlock capital of the universe.  Those little 
shops that sell nothing but flashing multi-color LED trinkets to trinket-hungry 
tourists are *everywhere* in this city.  They should post warnings to epileptics 
at the doorways.
