Neat and handy list.

But why not the CA3083?
As Ian Fritz have pointed out some time ago it have 
splendid parameters plus in many cases its cheaper then
the 3046 and you got one transistor extra since subtrate
uses a dedicated pin. Check out Ian's page for specs.
My own measurements are very close to his results.

NE5517 a substitue that should be mentioned i suppose!
