just a thought
take any ADSR, the best would be the kind with adjustable peak level,
and clip it. Without punch it'd work at normal level and look like ADSR.
When punch is activated, peak level wil increase, but output buffer would
be clipped at constant level, giving flat top for some time and AHDSR.
