This design used:

MC799P Dual Buffer (1)
MC791P Dual Flip-flop (3)
MC724P Quad two-input gate (2)
2N5129 NPN (6)
2N5139 PNP (1)
2N4871 UJT (1)
2N4351 ??? (1)
MPS6523 PNP (1)

I think all the ICs are RTL stuff.

If this eBay item does not work, all of my best to the buyer to find parts.
