I listened to your samples - Sounds like fun!

Reminds me of the Mockingboard for the Apple II series computers.

So, what do you all think of the SpeakJet chip?  It's a complete 5-channel
sound synthesizer complete with an envelope generator and mixers in an
18-pin DIP chip.  Plus... it does speech and sound effects too!  All it
takes is 5V, GND, and an output wire to your synth to get it going in demo
mode.  Of course, it is fully programmable and has a ton of features.  All
this for only $24.99!  It only takes about five minutes to get it babbling.
I would think this would be a DIY'ers dream come true!

Thoughts?  Comments?
