[sdiy] PAIA Tube Hi fi Preamps Questions

I want to build a tube preamp for my turntable.
I found schematics at paia web site.
I dont have finance for to buy the kit and I am thinking to build the preamp slowly.
I have no experience with electronics .
I cant create pcb file from schematics and there is no one at the Turkish market who can do this.
I want to build the amp on unprinted circuit board . I am trying to tell , a board - with predrilled holes - which is ready to assemble with electronic parts.
Can I do this ?
