[sdiy] OT:Schematics for test equipment

Im looking for test equipment schematics from various manufacturers.
Does anyone know of one such url wich olds such schematics "free of
charge" so to say? There seams to be big bussines in selling these
kind of schematics and i cant afford them all! 

Im primearly looking for HP,HIOKI, and GW GOS
and 1980's Philips DMM.
