[sdiy] Audacity 1.2 stable released

For those who aren't familiar with it, Audacity is a really great audio 
editor/processor/Swiss Army knife kind of thing, released under the GNU 
license.  I use it (on Mac OS X and Linux) as my main audio editing 
tool.  Most processing must be rendered (it's not real-time), but it 
renders quickly even on very modest systems, and has one of the coolest 
DSP phasers I've heard in a long time.  And it can use LADSPA (Linux) 
and VST plug-ins as well.  Audacity and SoundHack are IMO two 
absolutely essential tools for electronic musicians.
