  Interesting that this topic would pop up at this time, because I just 
finished making some small Sallen-Key filter modules. 1.75" x 2" in size.  
I whipped up a quick web page about it.  The pictures are 200K to 300K in 
size, but I'll improve that when I get time to actually process things 
through Photoshop:

  I'll have these at AHMW 2004 in my SY-1 along with my SY-2 will the
