According to the MiniMoog service-manual it's 68 nF +/- 10% 50V polyester
caps.

I would not bet on it.

Yeap. Stay of those horrible ceramic caps for the audio-path (ceramic caps
have their use, but not in the audio-path). You want to use a good quality
plastic cap. Polypropylen rather than polyester. It is more or less even race
between polypropylen and polystyren.
