[sdiy] Really fast switching FET's for VCO's

I use the J-111's as well.  I use them because I have them.  They are good 
fets.  They do have a bit more leakage than say the 2n4391, which, by the 
way, you can get from Mouser for about 40 cents each in Qnty 100...
