[sdiy] pitch to cv converter

The MS-20 design is a very clever version of a
tachometer style P/V converter. It will take many
cycles of an input waveform to get an accurate
voltage. The trade-off in this case is that you can
trade ripple in the CV for speed. The faster you
acquire the pitch, the greater the ripple.
What did you want to convert (guitar, voice, etc ???)
I've done some P/V converters so I can give you
accurate advise.
