I've been replacing them with surplus keyboards from deceased SixTraks,
Max, & other similar synths -- these are the "rubber dome" type keyboards
which, in my experience, last longer & are more maintenance-free than the
j-wire types. The job requires cutting the keyboard down to 3 octaves &
some rewiring of the connector, and reversing the encoder diodes, but it's
quite do-able.
If you insist on the j-wire keyboards, there have been a number of old Paia
units showing up on ebay & similar places -- the Paia 4700 series keyboard,
Stringz, Organtua, etc all use a j-wire keyboard, and are inexpensive
enough to use for parts.
I WAS doing this work for $100 (including labor & new keyboard), but I'm
just about out of replacements -- will have to start looking around for more.
