Basically any synth that covers some Hammond and "moogish" sounds (or rather run of the mill ' 70s synth sound) would do.
However to sound like Rick Wakeman you would have to copy his playing style (use of chord voicing, accomb rhythms, phrasing, how he plays a melody).
Looking on the web for some general midi files of typical wakeman songs should be a good start.
And yhea, the crappy GM soundset of your soundcard can sound like Wakeman too.
