[sdiy] ARP submodule schematics

According to the ARP service notes, the manufacturer designation is "SPR".
The service notes also sugested G.E. part 2N5249 as an alternate to TZ81 and
2N5367 as an alternate to the TZ581. Both of these are all but unobtainable
now. You could probably use the 2N3904 for the TZ81 and 2N3906 for the
TZ581.
