[sdiy] Truly red noise

I dunno, I've seen some puke that was puce colored...  Like when you eat
blueberry muffins...  Ok, I'll stop.  Gotta eat dinner now anyway.  And there's
really precious little SDIY content...

Ok, here's some DIY content.  I played with a "new" VCO design today that's
turning out pretty crappy!  I'm not completely done with it yet, but either
I'll post about how I fixed it or I'll post about what one ought not try.  At
least there's no smoke and it does oscillate.
