[sdiy] Advices for ringmod and noise source

Hello,

I would like to know what ring modulator could be nice to build. I found 
several designs on the net, but i would be happy to hear from you.
I would prefer a design that sounds meaty or at least with some character :)

The same for the noise source. There are plenty of design, so if someone think 
one is better than other, i would be happy to try it. In this case, a white 
is a white isn't it ?
