Indeed, multimania site is old and outdated. My MIDI boards page can be found here:

I make encoders for pedalboards too, including long PCB for reed switches to put under the pedals (this one's not on my page).
You can also find there one of my older designs for download, 28 keys, with schematic, PCB artwork (Autotrax) and firmware.
