Did you mean the SN76477 sound generator IC? Don't know of any
sources. but wow, US$100, that's expensive! I've only got one spare,
and saving that in case I need it for something that I built using one
of those. There is a very similar IC (SN76488?), with some added
features, that you might possibly be able to find for a lower price.
Good luck! That's the problem with not using discrete circuitry, or
at least easily obtainable TTL, in circuits... early obsolescence.
