The PCB for my guitar P/V converter is ready. It is 6.6" x 12"
and will fit in a 7" deep Sescom.com rack mount enclosure.

It supports THREE strings using a hex pickup. I use the lowest three.

It has

P/V output
Gate, enhanced Gate
Envelope Follower w/ Lag
Glide switch
Footswitch Hold (locks gate and P/V)
Low note or Latest note priority
Bass Audio Output (octave divider with a form of Lopass Gate)

Requires a +/-15V power supply (not included on board). You could use a
Power One
(or similar) or an Elpac Wall-wart style. I don't know the current
draw but its probably
less than 200mA. Two tempco resistors are needed (no, I don't sell
them :^)

You can bypass the string select logic and run a mono audio signal into
the P/V converter...
It works well for guitar over a two octave range... you can widen the
range with the possibility
of mistracking (octave hop) lower notes. Might work with other audio
sources as well ???

Boards will cost (est) $30 plus shippping

Let me know soon if you are interested so I can order the correct
number of PCBs. There will not be a second order

This is a fairly involved project with a four page schematic... 46 ICs.
I will be writing a detailed circuit description, but don't try this if
you
are not familiar with, and have access to test equipment (Scope, stable
waveform generator (a good VCO is OK)... source of 1V/octave (good
CV keyboard is OK).

This is a public service announcement ;^P
