[sdiy] update of my SDIY-archives

Hi all

I have added two papers in my archive page dedicated to SDIY.
They both appeared in the 1981 july/august issue of Elektor (French 
edition) and are dealing with simple digital scanners for analogue 
synths.
One is based on the use of TTL logic and the second uses CMOS logic.

Although the text is in French the schematics are particularly
clear and straightforward !
