[sdiy] Aries modulars

I built one of these back in the late 70's - never got it to work. The tech
I talked to at Aries at the time determined that the potted expo converter
(U8) was bad and sent me a new one. That wasn't the problem.

Anyway, out of curiosity I disected the old potted module. The little schemo
I made of it was lost a long time ago, but as I recall, it contained 2
transistors and a resistor (probably a tempco).

I still have the VCO - if I ever get really bored I'll try again to get it
to work. Or disect the other U8 (heh heh).
