The bad news is that the site went away.

The good news is that Paul Maddox has kept a copy at synth.net.

The bad news is that synth.net has apparently suffered a serious
disk crash.

The good news is that you can still get the schematics with the
'Wayback Machine' at http://www.archive.org

The bad news is that the main menu is hidden in an html map thingie. 

The good news is that you can examine the html source code and figure
it out.
