[sdiy] scope aging

Maube i gave the wrong impression...

Scope "age" matters much less than anount of use.
If someone left the intensity on high...a CRT can
burn out (actually "in") in a very short time.

The intensity will drop with operating hours... but
usually they will remain usable for the lifr of the
scope, barring other damage.  fast sweep speeds are
the first to become unusuable, but for audio they
should be fine.

I have an old telequipment (5MHz) that is still OK
after
nearly thirty years of use...
