[sdiy] Old Age and Synth-DIYers

 I've thought about it too. After my musically inclined relatives have their choice of synths, I would really like to see the rest of the gear go to young musicians that can't afford gear of their own. Of course, by that time who knows if hardware synths will even be around (or needed/used/desired). Then there's the problem of how to find a budding musician that would appreciate the gear in the first place. 

 Next choice for me would be to donate it all to a museum.
