Hey Scott, Scott here.

I find that it is not only a diet incentive, but I get a great deal of
exercise here. Moving a stack of papers to access another stack of
papers is a fair amount of anaerobic exercise. Additionally, it keeps me
mentally sharp for I never know when an 8 1/2 by 11 binder will sneak up
from behind, grab my foot as I pass by and force me to do the "one foot
hop into a place where nothing else is" maneuver.

All kidding aside, I'm glad you are OK from your heart surgery. Keep fit.
