Encoders are the same for the Q as the XT series.
Only source we have found so far is in Sweeden (Elfa) for the encoders.
I sort of abused my Q... took it to a desert party to perform, had it
in a smokey living room for a few years... so my components wore out a lot
faster than most will, I think.
