Hmmm... Why?  One can see the desk's actual surface; no papers,
components, wires, circuit boards, test equipment, etc piling up on
it.  No dust appears obvious either.  Three synth keyboards above some
tangled wiring make up for some of those lost points though.  The
chair doesn't have anything stacked up on it.  Not many computers
either in that picture; just three, counting computer keyboards (only
four Macs, three PCs, two Vaxen, one PDP-11, three Suns, four PERQs,
etc. reside close to my synths; alas, there isn't enough room for my
larger PDP-11 systems in that area, and I don't consider those few
systems to be any where near excessive).  Again, one can clearly see
that there are no wires hanging down from the rafters, no visible
spider webs and there's a fairly large window.  The floor has too much
free-space---all that one can see are cables and, gasp, otherwise bare
floor space!  The room looks horrifyingly safe to enter; not even a
potential shelving disaster is in sight.  ;-)
