Tempco Resistors are rarely used, compared to wirewound resistors.

If it is a TelLabs resistor, it will say something like Q81K on it...in 
fact, it is plainly printed on the resistor:

Tel Labs
Q81K
2K 1%

Now, if it is a KRL type resistor...

Well, Darn, can't find any of my KRL resistors.  But, they also had the 
letter Q somehow incorporated into their part number/ value.

I would not hold out much hope that you managed to get some tempco resistors...
